Other Fees and Charges 2006/07

• A $450 (incl. GST) Administration Fee is payable for transfers within a UCH village or between villages plus the costs of painting/carpeting the new unit (excluding RoseMount and the new Rowethorpe accommodation). This may be reduced or waived in exceptional circumstances by the Chief Executive. Application fee is $99 (incl. GST) and deductible from Admin fee.

• ILU fortnightly fee increase for 2006/07 is 3.5 %

• ILU Rental in lieu fee increase is 3.5 % (divisible by 14 = $54.74 pf)

• Residential Care Accommodation Bonds Non Pensioner Amount up to $400,000
