Carramar is located north of the river in Morley, is owned by the City of Bayswater but is managed and operated by UCH. Carramar has 40 low care places including 1 respite place and provides ageing in place where and when residents clinical and safety needs can be met.
Services provided include personal and simple clinical nursing care, therapy services and emotional wellbeing support. Carramar has four houses accommodating 10 residents. Each house has 10 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, communal dining room for breakfast and to make cups of tea and coffee and a sitting room. The houses are linked via covered walkways to a communal building that houses the main dining room, offices, admin, kitchen, laundry, doctors room, hairdresser, library and a lounge area. Each resident room is supplied with a bed, a desk and built in robes, with residents encouraged to bring with them their personal items.
Carramar Independent Living Units
Carramar Village have 48 x 2 bedroom independent living units and 4 x 1 bedroom units. The units are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens which are maintained by the gardener
