Site Description

Situated to the south of Geraldton City Centre, Hillcrest Lodge is an Aged Care Hostel providing 39 permanent hostel beds and 1 respite bed. Ageing in Place is provided in some instances depending on the degree of care required.

Services

 

Hostel - Low Band Residential Care

Provide personal care and assistance with the activities of daily living, such as showering, dressing, bed making etc.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are single with en suites and basic furniture. There is provision for a telephone and television. Residents are encouraged to bring in other personal items. Call bells are situated in all bedrooms, all en suites, activities rooms, dining room, public toilets and main entrance.

Caring Services

We have 24 hour carer staff 7 days per week.  Also a part-time Registered Nurse Monday to Friday.

Meals

All meals are prepared from menus devised by a dietician in consultation with the catering staff according to resident's needs.

Lounge area / Activities room

There are small lounge areas and an activities room available for the comfort of residents.
