Services

This home care program is a subsidised government initiative that aims to provide a low level of "in home" support to clients in the community in the effort to maintain their maximum independence. The services may range from light domestic duties and gardening to assistance with personal hygiene. A limited number of places exist at any given time and a referral must be made through the Aged Care Assessment Team. An assessment will then be made in the clients home to discuss their needs.
