Site Description

Riverslea Hostel - Riverslea provides 45 hostel care funded places.

Services

 

Hostel - Low Band Residential Care

Provide personal care and assistance with the activities of daily living, such as showering, dressing, bed making etc.

Accommodation

All rooms are single with ensuite bathrooms, they include a bed, built in robes and a dresser. The resident may bring in their own bed if they wish and are encouraged to furnish their room with personal items. There is a call bell system in every room.

Meals

All meals are prepared on site from planned menus using fresh produce.  Meals are taken in the dining room.

Activities

Activity programs run from Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm.  They include therapy programs, bus trips, special day celebrations, BBQ's, concerts, crafts, bingo and visiting speakers who speak on a number of different subjects
