Site Description

Rowethorpe Village is set on 32 acres and is bordered by Hayman Road, Hillview Terrace and Adie Court, Bentley. The village provides:


• 92 nursing home places including 48 dementia specific places
• 27 Community Care Packages for low care needs in own home (hostel level care), and 25 Extended Aged Care at Home packages for high care needs in own home (nursing home level care).
• 153 hostel places in three hostels, including an 11 place dementia specific wing.
• 198 independent living units in addition 6 purpose built units to provide support to couples where one has care needs
• A comprehensive therapy program providing services to Rowethorpe residents, Swan Cottages' independent living units and Rowethorpe's community care clients on an individual, group basis or at home.
