Traineeships at UCH

Traineeships are a great opportunity for staff members who do not already hold a relevant formal qualification and are keen to progress their career and work towards a nationally recognised certificate qualification.  Traineeships are structured training and employment arrangements that involve on and/or off the job training to develop relevant practical and theoretical skills and knowledge.

 
How do I qualify for a traineeship?
Trainees will need to possess the following qualities: 
  • A genuine interest and initiative in the field of work
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willing to work and be fit enough to conduct the tasks required of the job
