Work Experience at UCH

UCH provides many opportunities for students who are currently studying towards a relevant qualification in aged care or for school students considering a career in aged care to obtain work experience through placements within an agreed time frame    Work experience students do not receive remuneration from UCH and are not guaranteed a position within the organisation however these placements are a valuable and interesting experience for both parties. Work experience at UCH is just that;, an “experience”, it allows students to practice and develop work skills in a practical environment, to determine if they are suited to the role and to really get a feel for what it takes to be successful in this industry.  For those students who are interested, work experience is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your potential for future employment.
