Services include:

Home and Community Care (HACC)

UCC HACC services include Social Support via a Volunteer Visitor Scheme, Telelink conference phone call and bus outings (all available Metro Wide and south to Mandurah and Rockingham), Domestic Assistance (available in Eastern and South Eastern Metro only), and a Respite service, where a care worker from UCC works as a substitute carer to provide relief to a family carer (available in North Metro, South East Metro and South West Metro).

Community Aged Care Packages

UCC provides CACPsMetro wide and south to Mandurah.

Extended Aged Care at Home

UCC provides EACH and EACH-D services Metro wide and south to Mandurah.
